My low cost pens are very satisfying. I can not afford high end pens. Found these low priced pens [ as described in many pen collector forums] can be quite a lot of fun. Sharing my experience with the viewer. All these reviews are based on how it feels in my hand, not much of methods etc. Any comments and question always welcome.

Pen stand photos- they say a pen looks best standing!!
I finally managed to acquire a pair of front-open pen stands, these two cost me $ 3 from a China supplier. Came broken in pieces , managed to stick them together and they just do the job. Better ones cost about Rs 20000 for 45 pieces as per one Indian manufacturer in Indiamart.com. This is the high grade acrylic one generally used for showcasing high end pens in high end malls, not my hobby cup of tea. I would be posting some photos now- they say a pen looks best standing!!
Today's pens 5th Nov 2013
Today I received these pens by mail. Will sit down to send details a little later. Few additional info :
a) The Sheafer Targa is model 1101, with a medium nib.
b) The hero 001, 360 degree, I made mistake writing the price, it is $19.98 for 4 pcs.
c) The last one is decorative pen with Chinese painting. There is a name for this painting style , I am missing the word right now. Will update.

The last 50~60 posts were uploaded earlier in my first three posts, that is about 12 to 15 pen details in each post. I later understood that it becomes too much information at a time and takes and lot more time to open a post , particularly for a bit slower net connection pc's. So I re-posted each of those one at a time. Hope this does some good.
